Refine adapts to your impulse
REFINE analyses the character of the cabinet response and applies broad adaptive voicing correction. It reshapes the IR while keeping its individuality, instead of forcing the impulse onto a fixed target curve.
Body shifts the lows and low mids of the Refine result, Soul shifts the upper mids and top. Bite and openness change without rebuilding the IR.
All the post-processing is already inside
The chain is already in working order. Guitar EQ, Harsh and Palm only need to come in when the source actually calls for them.
Guitar EQ
A cab-focused post EQ: steep HP at 40–180 Hz and LP at 4–16 kHz plus seven fixed bands from 150 Hz to 6 kHz.
Harsh Control
A narrow module for upper-mid resonances at 2–8 kHz: up to 24 dB of cut, 1–3 bands, HF compensation and Delta to hear exactly what is removed.
Palm Mute Control
Dynamically tames excess low mids on palm-muted attacks around 65–286 Hz — smoothly, not with a static filter.
Export IR
Bakes IR A/B, Refine, Guitar EQ, Harsh and the static stereo processing into a stereo 32-bit WAV impulse.
POST mode
A post-processor for a signal that has already been through a cab: Post Tilt, Guitar EQ, Harsh, Palm and stereo — without IR and Refine.
Stereo: Dual Mono or separate L / R cabinets, Mono Maker up to 400 Hz and Width.
The interface
A User preset stores the full state together with both impulses, so it does not depend on your IR folder. The factory IR bank is built into the plug-in.
FX Bypass turns off Refine and all post-processing and leaves the clean IR — quick A/B without unloading the cab.
